The mind chatter, the nuisance nagging little voice which tells you you’re not good enough, that you do not deserve or you should not have the prosperity you have or desire. It can also tell you that you should ‘hide’ who you really are from people as they may not like you. This can lead to exhausting attempts at ‘fitting in’ with society and accommodating everyone else’s expectations of who they expect you to be. Playing out all these roles and expectations, staying in a ‘safe place to fit in’ although it is not serving you well can be easier to stay put, rather than knowing where to and how to start making positive changes. Emotions such as Fear, Love, Stress and Anger can be too strong to look at, deal with or even consider changing. What can happen is, we think about these emotions because they so frequently visit you that they have almost taken on a life of their own, to the point of even taking up home in your thinking process day in day out. When this occurs, the focus becomes the emotion, so it creates it over and over by reinforcing the thought of the emotion!
